Deputy Marciniak from the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office contacted Colorado COPS expressing interest in creating a specialty license plate for Fallen Heroes.  Proceeds would go to our chapter; a one-time donation of probably $50 or so.  First, we need to collect 3,000 signatures of interest.  This is not a commitment to buy the plates.  We just need to prove to the state that there is enough interest to justify the printing of the plates.

Linked below is the proposed license plate for you to preview and the official petition, which is scanned photocopy.  All signatures must be legible, contain a complete address and the number of plates the signer would be interested in purchasing.   Please print them out and return the petitions to:  Dep B Marcininiak  Larimer County Sheriff’s Office  2501 Midpoint Dr  Fort Collins, CO  80525
